With stewed orange honeycomb
And boiled caramel.
Rice-papered chili beans.
Vine-wrapped shallots.
Grapes dipped in fern fat
And shaved husk of hops.
Braised tail of silver fish
Served with sour ham.
All laced with a ladle of
Nettle stalk jam.
Delicacies unparalleled
By taste or by smell.
Roll up…Roll up…
Be enticed by the spell!.
