Stepping over our graves, enshrined
Words meshing butterfly eyes
Echoes; shadows
My deep half, a hidden part
Lifted out of my beyond, behold the dark
Alone, but still speaking

Speaking....
Still
And yet again.
Alone.
Heartbroken; chants
In between the dust of forgiveness
In between the clouds of sadness
In between the rust of what might have been
In between the shoots of green
Still emerging, despite it all....
A breath:
We are still alive
We know this by delicate inhale, by hesitant exhale
Souls chiming, chime on..
Souls shining, shine on..
Souls climbing, climb on..
Out between the earth of skying
Out between the engravures of our trying
Out between the words of lying
Out between the night of our dying
We are called to belong, again
We are called to breathe, again
We are called to begin, again
We are still called
Again
And we still respond..
Still
And yet again.
Courage; in readiness
Have heart;
For:
The heart can hold so much
The heart has soundless words to speak
The heart yields many forms
The Eternal Language of the Heart.
It is a knowing

Cacophony
There is so much to reveal
So much to filter

What do we bury and what do we burn to the light?
